Important Requirements
Before attending this workshop, it is CRITICAL that you have loaded your stock items, non-stock items, kit items, employees, service locations and some customers to Salon Management Studio as you were taught in workshop 1. Failure to load these items will prevent you from participating in the Scheduler and Cashier Workshop.

- Creating multiple appointments for single clients.
- Creating a basic group booking (I.e.mom and daughter)
- Automated appointment reminders and confirmations.
- How to minimise no shows by 80% in 30 days.
- Integrating Salon Management Studio’s Scheduler into your day to day operations
- Using the Cashier.
- Remote Cashier configuration – setup your Cashier from the comfort of your own home.
- Holding, cancelling and voiding transactions
What to Bring
The following items are critical for Mondays training so please make sure that you bring…
1. Your laptop or PC with all necessary power cables. This is a practical hands on workshop and you will be working on your Salon Management Studio software throughout the day.
2. Bring your 3G modem if you have one. If not, you will be access to our wi-fi network.
3. Bring your appointment book / scheduler from your Salon. You will learn how to make appointments and schedule clients from simple appointments to multi-client, multi treatment bookings.

Book your seat now. SPACE AT THE WORKSHOP IS LIMITED AND SEATS ARE BE RESERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. No seats will be reserved for your Salon unless we receive confirmation of your attendance via this website or via email.
We recommend that you bring any and all staff to the training who will need to know how to book appointments and tender sales, so please let us know how many staff members will be coming with you.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot attend the training you may attend the next workshop. HOWEVER, if you cancel your reservation giving less than 3 days notice Salon Management Studio will have to charge you R150 per person for venue hire, printing and catering at the next workshop.
