What we will cover at the training
- Adding Suppliers.
- Adding and managing Employees.
- Adding and managing various treatment locations.
- Adding and managing Salon Machines and Equipment.
- Adding a variety of stock items accurately and easily.
- Adding non stock items and controlling overheads and expenses.
- Adding service items.
- Adding Kit Items from your treatment menu.
- Doing all of the above with ease, simplicity and fun – even if computers make you nervous.
Training is very practical, hands on, incredibly easy and extremely interactive. At the end of the day you will discover that Salon Management Studio has not simply supplied you with Software, instead, we have placed an accountant, business manager and marketing expert in your Salon.
What to Bring
The following items are critical for Monday’s training so please make sure that you bring…
1. Your laptop or PC with all necessary power cables. This is a practical hands on workshop and you will be working on your Salon Management Studio software throughout the day.
2. Bring your 3G modem if you have one. If not, you will be given access to our Wi-Fi network.
3. Bring at least 3 Supplier Records with you. (Pricelists, Costing Guide, Invoices for 3 Suppliers) These records will be used to add stock and non-stock items to the system at the training. Please be sure to bring along enough information to load at least four to five products from your supplier so that we can also setup a kit item (treatment) for a facial, set of nails etc…
4. Bring along your Telkom / Vodacom / MTN Phone Bill as well as a utilities bill.
5. Bring information for at least two staff member who will be loaded to the system.
6. Bring information for one or two customers

Book your seat now. SPACE AT THE WORKSHOP IS LIMITED AND SEATS ARE BE RESERVED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. No seats will be reserved for your Salon unless we receive confirmation of your attendance via this website or via email.
We recommend that you bring any and all staff to the training who will need to know how to book appointments and tender sales, so please let us know how many staff members will be coming with you.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cannot attend the training you may attend the next workshop. HOWEVER, if you cancel your reservation giving less than 3 days notice Salon Management Studio will have to charge you R150 per person for venue hire, printing and catering at the next workshop.
