Dear Vaughan, The day after my training, I started implementing some of the principles you’ve taught in your course, and I have to say, I was a bit sceptical regarding the sms marketing, so, I had to put it to the test!! I created a sms according to your format, as well as value added products WITHOUT DISCOUNTING anything. I tested 3 different “specials” to three different segments of people on our data base. I have always sms’ed our clients, but without good response. Then we went for Salon Management Studio’s Software and Marketing training on how to sms and email.
